  • If you don`t have power, ensure that you are using the right power cord. Plug & unplug it from different sockets, and see as to whether it works or not. If it dosen`t, you would be required to contact our technical support team.
  • If your terminal is having an issue reading a particular card, use a different card to figure out as to wheather the card itself is the source of the problem. Once you are done, you will have to perform the Card Read Test and reset the terminal if required. If nothing works out you may need to re-download the unit.
  • If you have an issue with debit transactions, ensure the key is working in the terminal and also make sure to check the master key location. Check whether the encrypted key sticker is working and if nothing works out, reset the terminal. If you continue to face difficulty, kindly contact our support team.
