What is the neccesity for my business to accept card payments?

It dosen`t matter as to what the scale of your operations are, greater the conveniences you provide to your client, higher would be the chances to retain them. Accepting card payments is a huge plus for the modern client and the smallest of merchants cannot afford to lose them for the inability to accept card payments. We at Virta payments provide each merchant with an affordable way to accept card payments and processing services that`s tailored uniquely to each merchant.

Would I be able to afford a merchant account?

We at Virta Payments don't force our merchants to take predetermined package of services. What we do is to present a unique combination of services depending on the type of business and the volume of transactions submitted on a monthly basis. What types of credit cards would I be able to accept?

Virta Payments provides processing for a wide variety of credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club and JCB. In addition your terminal could be set up to accept EBT cards, gift cards and loyalty cards.

How long would I have to wait to be able to accept credit cards once a merchant account has been set up?

In most cases our merchants can begin processing credit card payments as soon as the merchant card account has been set up.

Virta Payments offers every possible service for running a successful business. We provide credit card processing services, business financing options such as business loans and business cash advances, shipping solutions at rates which are lower than those offered to individual merchant. What is the refund policy?

Refunds shall be approved on a case-by-case basis. Merchants whose setup is delayed for reasons beyond the merchant’s control and are charged for statement or monthly fees during such time, would have the fees refunded. Merchants whose processing is delayed for personal reasons, and are charged statement or monthly minimum fees prior to processing, are eligible for a refund of one of more months upon approval. However, month-end fees shall only be refunded once the merchant begins processing. Merchants are entitled to refunds of fees charged in error and refunds for rate adjustments are possible at the sole discretion of the management. Refunds are processed for the most recent statement and refunds for fees charged for previous statements are at the sole discretion of management. Refund amount shall not exceed the amount the merchant had been charged for.
